The team is talented and diverse, and have quickly found collaborative ways to successfully work together across multiple timezones. You'll get high energy from every team member and a real sense of autonomy in your role as the team and business grows. For those near London, there's a great office space overlooking the canal in Camden, with plenty of opportunity to network with the team socially, if that's important to you. The product has gained traction in the market quickly, clearly validating an innovate solution to a long lasting problem in the industry. This has given the team great access to a wide range of customers for ongoing research & insights, which is rare at such an early stage company.
Cons
As with any startup so young, expect there to be lots of ambiguity and change. Processes are being implemented to create more structure within the teams and ways of working, but everyone is encouraged to be an active part of shaping this, and so your role and responsibilities can be fluid at times. Personally not a negative for me, but worth being aware of.
