Non the company employes unqaulified people gives them 4 to 5 days training puts them in a van to carry out inspections / service
Cons
Having worked for them in various locations including New Zealand, America and the UK I found their main interest is money. The lower middle management are picked not for their hands on experience and knowledge so can offer no technical support to the engineers. Training is kept to a minimum how can you put out an "engineer" on a crane after 4 days training.
