Cons
In 2017 there was a restructure - redundancies were made and the people that were still employed by Kondor were put under strain by the work load that was left behind by past employees. Like most companies, budgets are tight, so some departments have been knocked due to the lack of staff. A lot of pressure has been put on some employees to support the business, but I do feel like this is changing for the better quite rapidly.
