This company has a huge impact on client's businesses and truly helps sales people hit their targets by using the platform- so working here feels meaningful and I have a true sense of purpose. Leadership is transparent, open to feedback, and has in several instances stayed up late to support my work. My co-workers have a positive outlook and have been extremely helpful in training me and rooting for our mutual success.
Cons
As with any company growing quickly, there are growing pains. You need to be detail-oriented and energetic to excel in this company, but the incentives are well worth it.
