Pros
Stable job after a while. A lot of work if you want to. Some subsidiaries send their engineers to travel when they prove themselves -mind you to countries like Angola, Ukraine or other troubled areas. Not much on the + side
Cons
Hideous management. Low salary, low number of paid vacation, lots of unpaid overtime is a norm. You have to prove yourself attitude= abusing newcomers. Discrimination on basis of age, sex and work experience is common.
