      Koncar is traditional company but looking forward for opportunities ahead. Mix of experienced and young people. Competitive salaries, more then average benefits and bonus schemes, opportunities for training and self-education.

      Departments are like a clans, passing responsibilities to each other and negative environment sometimes.
