If I make a list it will be enormous. Let's start with culture. The company faced a great transition at 2023 which resuled a strict office time policy. Hilariously, they introduced a 9:01 cutoff time and if an employee comes even 1 min late 5 times in a month they will deduct salary of a day. The HRs took advantage of the poor ERP system ( I heard they replaced it) and tried to deduct salary of employees who cared less about the systems. The greater management always supported them in these acts. Instead of making a project better the management always tried to impress the KR management even if they to run over a truck on their employees. Unrealistic deadlines were so common that, employees always gave false deadline estimation as they know management will always shrink it. Their lunch was partially subsidised. The food was awful as well as the food booking system. If a employee come at 9:10 AM to kitchen, office staffs would simply hide the food and lied infront of their face. When I joined in 2021, the snacks had variety, recently the Just keep the cheapest and bare minimum foods. Management cared very little of the these quality of life improvements.
