Coworkers are cool and good to work with, customers are mostly nice and tip decent

Management is terrible , micromanaging, demeaning to staff, fatphobic, homophobic, can't take tips end of day, they split tips for you and give them to you weeks later. Management s family members receive preferential treatment, even when they are not contributing to the team, and will get portions of your mandatory tip out.
