1. Salary on time [Every moth's 7th] 2. Friendly team members. 3. Very intelligent, highly qualified, supportive, efficient, friendly seniors. 4. Saturday, Sunday off. 5. 3L medical insurance for the most of the employees. 6. Nice office environment. 7. Good place for learn about the industry. 8. Comp-off facility if anyone works in holidays. 9. If anyone is efficient company promises to give work not just kick out. 10. Two time tea or coffee. 11. Friday evening HR activity/ team building games. 12. New hire welcome with pen, coffee mug, file and a diary. 13. Company protected with video camera with mic. Good for female employees. 14. Very good communication between three setups. 15. Company paid full salary on time during the lockdown period. 16. If anyone is workaholic should join this company. 17. IT support is really awesome. 18. Very fast growing start-up with lot of projects. 19. Birthday, Festive celebration in office. 20. No dress code. Every single day casual. 21. EPF and mediclaim facility is there for most of the employees.

1. Very low compensation/ salary. Anyone having good experience though. 2. HR policy is really very bad. It is changeable for each and every employee. 3. Getting covid vaccination is easier than getting leaves. 4. Company loves their employees who are ready to work beyond 15-16 hrs every day. Otherwise simply they will just throw you to unpaid leaves. 5. If you are working beyond duty hour then you are good worker ohhh sorry employee. 6. Sometimes overnight then day duty. 7. Company don't know in which sector of business they are targeting. They simply work like freelancer. They creates new new company for doing different work. Like Ediiie, Red Chimpz, Kompanoins, Dhi Tatwa etc. Company different employees same. 8. In this pandemic situation they are simply pressurizing the employees to join the work otherwise unpaid leaves. 9. Some employees who are senior most they don't come office. Different employee policies for each employee. 10. Project Managers have ZERO knowledge about the work or project. They are only for pressurizing the production guys. No support from them. They only know how to pressurize the employees to meet the timeline. 11. The Feedback: Seniors will simply say that the project is not good as they thought. But in which area needs to be improved they don't even know that or explain. 12. There is no pipeline for completing a project. Just start - do - review - redo - review - redo - complete. 13. New joiner: They join in a particular job profile after that they realize they are working in different job description. 14. Company see only their opportunity in employees. They basically don't even care about employees' career or personal life. 15. Before interview process HR asks you about your expectations. After the interview process completes HR will offer you their value they don't care about the expectations. 16. VARIABLE PAY: They will full fill your CTC by increasing the variable pay. You will never get it back a single penny if you leave the company before 1 day of the year end. They will simply forget your every achievement, hard work to con your money. 17. In any good company variable pay won't be counted as CTC. They simply reduce the variable pay value. 18. No good, experienced employee lasts into the company just because of the policy. The policy is no policy. 19. HR will never respond your calls, messages, mails until you breakup or erupt. But expects you to respond immediately. 20. Management guys are very simple and innocent. They don't know anything about the work. They are happy if they see you online and working late night. Smart work not awarded here. If you complete a work very fast they will assign you another task immediately. 21. They won't discuss about the deadline with the team or who is working. There is no scrum for that. They will simply tell you the time whether it is possible or not they don't even care. 22. Review process if very long and complicated process. You have to get approval from 4-5 different persons and satisfy them as well. 23. No creative freedom. If you create something 4-5 persons will be there for the improvement of your work. 24. Company don't feel the heart of their employees. Only work work and more work. 25. Two months of notice period and they simply don't reduce it. 26. You will be serving 2 months of notice period without any salary. After completing the notice period you have to wait at-least 60-65 days for getting the salary of last two months. Sometimes more than that. 27. Sir/ ma'am culture in office. 28. If you are failed to full fill your task they simply fire you without any hesitation. They even won't allow to stay, learn and improve yourself. 29. Getting documents are very hard and beyond imagine. 30. No vaccination support.
