Pros

Komodo is an amazing place to work. We have really fantastic leadership in our CEO, President and C suite - they are level headed and really care about the company and the employees. You can learn a lot here from more senior leaders. If you're willing to work hard and embrace change when it's for the better (and speak up when there are challenges), you will certainly thrive. My favorite Komodo core value is "enjoy the ride" because you really need to do just that. There can be bumps; it can feel like a rollercoaster. No company is perfect, but Komodo tries hard to have a positive environment and nurture its employees.

Cons

Career path and metrics for achieving that path aren't always defined, which can lead to frustration for some employees. Compensation is fair, but base pay cost of living increases year over year aren't consistent across the org.

Pros

The mission is real here, not just a slide in the deck. After years in big tech, that's been the biggest shift for me: the work connects to real impact on real patients, and you feel it. Leadership is accessible which is unique. And we are genuinely leaning into AI and innovation, it shows up in the products we're building and in how teams work day to day. There's real investment in doing things well: thoughtful processes, good tooling, and a culture that values craft over just moving fast. Smart people everywhere you look, and they're kind, which is rarer than it should be.

Cons

Things move quickly and priorities shift — that's the reality of a growing company. If you can roll with some ambiguity, you'll be fine.

Pros

In my role at Komodo Health, I served as a Business Analyst. My responsibilities included building executive-ready dashboards using Power BI and DAX, developing semantic models for self-service analytics, and creating automated reporting workflows to track treatment effectiveness. I also designed data pipelines using Fabric Notebooks and implemented AI-driven data solutions to provide insights into disease burden and patient outcomes.
