Pros

decent pay and benefits. there are some really smart people here and the product is a good one though the execution is really poor

Cons

leadership needs to get up to speed, like get it together before it's too late. the product is a good one and there's ample opportunity but no decisive action is leading to stagnation and rot. also, the company preaches "we run lean" and "we're like a family" which in today's terms are huge red flags. i've seen multiple rounds of layoffs even post-covid so your job stability isn't really there.
