I love the atmosphere & management

The company abuses open table and regularly overbooks the restaurant.

Family meal everyday which is really nice. Money is decent. Some servers can make up to 2k a week.

Almost absolutely no organization. Management acts like a bunch of frat boys. The current gm is literally 24 and does not work well under pressure. Their bar and alcohol program is a disaster. Super high turn over rate. Ownership is absolutely terrible David grutman is an absolute nightmare to be around. Top out is 9 percent of net sales which is the highest I’ve ever seen in a restaurant in Dallas.
