Human exploitation with late salaries and layoffs - IT Department Koltiva Employee Review

Salaries have been late for three months, and neither has the THR (Holiday Allowance). The Disnaker has been deployed, and they're just waiting. Management is solely focused on the EUDR, resulting in numerous layoffs. Even though their salaries are late, we employees are still employed as normal. This is human exploitation, simply waiting for the Disnaker to intervene.
