Pros
- lots of employee benefits such as THR, BPJS kesehatan, BPJS ketenagakerjaan, private insurance (at least when i was working there) - always pay our salaries on time and full even during the pandemic - has annual bonuses or ESOP
Cons
- very toxic. the heads and supervisors definitely have favoritism and people who aren't a part of the "favorites" will be given a hard time and not given any recognition for their work - supervisors and heads aren't capable of doing their work so they gave it all to their subordinates without any guidance. - won't listen to any staffs feedback - will text you at above 12 AM just to discuss about work and you have to answer - a certain leader liked to borrow their subordinates money for personal use
