Senior leadership don’t listen to employees. Instead of leaving fake reviews and hoping you’ll miraculously find people with years of experience, willingness to come in 4 days a week, take a low salary, translate loose and subjective “tasks” into good work without the correct support in place and put up with poor management, I hope you read back through the years of identical feedback and realise that your company needs to change. In my short time here I can see that the way this company is run is detrimental to the mental health of young women and a big change is needed.

Great training and onboarding for my role, clear expectations and understanding/easy to approach managers. Get to experience lots of different sides of the brand and do a wide range of tasks, working with all of the teams in the business is interesting Nice company culture, everyone supports each other and celebrates personal life/achievements together. The team is very talented and inspiring to work with. Flexible and understanding with appointments/commitments giving a good work balance Get a cake and voucher on your birthday, staff discount, Summer Fridays, WFH days and always lots of treats in the office

There is a lot of untapped potential which could come from having more structure and encouraging discussions/ideas from the wider team
