Pros
It looks good on a resume, and coworkers are generally pleasant. The food is quite good and the pay is standard/fair.
Cons
The corporate headquarters dictate a great deal and insist on complete uniformity among the three domestic branches, but there are no perks like you see in true restaurant groups, like decent vacation time or benefits of any kind.
