Love - Customer Service Koi Design Employee Review

One of the best jobs I've ever had. CEO is amazing, so is the VP. They work closely with all the employees and feel like they are any other co-worker. Everybody is really friendly. It's a great place to come to every day. PTO is great and they have an "agency vibe" where the schedule is very chill and flexible. Don't get me wrong, you still need to come in for your 8 hours if you're full time. But they are flexible with your 8 hour range. The scrub industry is pretty interesting and competitive but it feels great to be in the koi pond team!

They need to show more employee appreciation.

None at all come to mind.

If you can constantly just tell the leadership what they want to hear, you will be fine. But try to offer any constructive ideas for improvement and you are frozen out….the door. Horrible place to work with lots os gossip and backbiting.
