Pros
The only great things about this company is that you get most weekends off (full-time employees only) PTO accrues with every pay period, and corporate isn't super strict on dress code or heavy micro managing.
Cons
This company is CHEAP!!! Ever since the owner passed away his wife has been struggling to keep the company a-float. Selling properties left and right and employees dropping like flies! At a property level this means low pay for leasing and maintenance staff, out dated buildings that are falling apart, and no resident retention effort at all! They would rather pocket all of the money for themselves instead putting money into they're properties so they're not so lucky residents would have nice places to live instead of living in "project poor conditions".
