So, the average or max anybody can work here peacefully is for 6 months. There are high chances they can terminate you if they get other employees with lesser salaries or if you don't fit in their apple polisher category. Or else, you will resign if you get frustrated of the boring monotonous and less productive work or gets into any minor fight with two main members of company: The founder (his comments on work/creatives/ writeups/ mishaps/etc. are exceptional) and VP (his normal behaviour is very formal, but he is not normal ). For your safety, make sure you start looking for better opportunities the moment you join this company (iykyk). Coz, I've seen many people getting terminated and leaving for no good reason. Full of Cons, no job security, if you feel the person is not a right fit then please don't hire them on first place instead of trying to remove them in 10 to 15 days, their life is complicated they will make other's life complicated too. Fake culture and Fake success stories. They are something else, they show something else. Also stop this hiring and firing culture, There are no increments and just fake promises about it. There is no appreciation and just unnecessary nagging. A lot of religious hate too, There are lots of cockroach in the office and washrooms are not clean.
