      The culture is very high end with a focus on ultimate resident and family care. The home office is willing to work with most families and the employees are treated fairly.

      Cons

      The healthcare industry has declined since COVID and not enough emphasis has been put into additional training and certifications.

      Pros

      I love the Residents and my co -workers .

      Cons

      The Owners and Management do not care about you. They don’t give you extra help or staff. They admit anyone with a pulse so they can get paid monthly. The violent residents are awful.
