      Senior living can be a tough industry. There is a constant balance of managing health care needs, hospitality offerings and land and building upkeep.

      Pros

      I love the Residents and my co -workers .

      Cons

      The Owners and Management do not care about you. They don’t give you extra help or staff. They admit anyone with a pulse so they can get paid monthly. The violent residents are awful.
