Being able to work alongside great co-workers is a huge plus, and a supervisor that is easy to get along with is terrific. We couldn’t agree more that staff turnover is a concern. Please speak directly with your supervisor on turnover ideas and a compensation plan, as it sounds like you have developed a great rapport.
