1. interesting industry to gain insights into diverse careers 2. having chances to work with international colleagues, although not many 3. seldom work over time

1. barely having chances to get promoted, according to the number of employees fixed by the policies 2. no HR and training classes here 3. demanding workloads and quite monotonous repetitive works 4. the office is extremely small, just like a suite 5. really poor welfare 6. need to wear the business suit everyday
