Throughout the 2+ years I have worked at Kodella, myself and everyone around me has been treated with a high level of respect not only from other employees but from the higher ups. - Everyone has similar goals in mind - Professional standards - Strong sense of communication - Access to asking anyone necessary for help

I have not encountered anything negative at my time of working for Kodella but if I had to pick something it would have to be that you must be willing to push yourself to the next level and be challenged.
