Working at Kodella has by far been one of the best experiences of my life! The work environment is unmatched to any other I have ever seen. While we are living during unusual times, Kodella makes up for this by having daily online meetings and check-ins, allowing for a smooth transition when working at home. - There are tons of benefits that make working at Kodella superior to other places, this includes lunches, generous time off, paid time off, and many others - Communication is something huge in Kodella, and the CEO's make sure that every single employee has access to communicate not only with other employees but also the CEO's and any other higher ups - All the employees are very professional, and go to work - The company has a time and place for everything, and they make sure that all the workers have time to mess around and have fun
Cons
- Something I have seen amongst many other the reviews is that this is not a job for those not willing to be challenged, and I must agree. If you are looking to work at Kodella, you must be willing to put in work and if you say you are going to do something you should keep it.
