Minimal communication, Products does not work, Features do not compare to the competition. They do not pay on time. Pay usually comes 3 weeks late, and then.... never at all. I was owed my salary for April and May. The owner Sunil will keep telling you that its coming next week. He will reply when you follow up, assuring you that your payment is on the way. It never comes. I know of at least 3 employees that are in the same situation. The product, leadership and communication cannot be trusted.
