Every voice is heard and very meritocratic If you survive Kobo, you will survive anything in your life and I have seen two ex Squad found companies and most people that leave either go to Ivy league MBA or get 3X their salaries as people respect the execution capability of a Squad

It's very difficult as things are very fast passed You are expected to be creative and come up with solutions not just enumerating the issues - answer first strategy Impossible or execuse is not an option and this can force you to almost dedicate most of your time to work and problem solving
