Pros
I had some of the best relationships with coworkers that I have had with any company. While I was there I was able to make some valuable contributions to the company and I am proud of the work that my team accomplished. The compensation and benefits are very competitive.
Cons
The owner of the company wants to take Knox to the next level and make it a household name. However she is not involved in the day to day operations and is dependent upon managers in the company. This has resulted in some people that are good at manipulating her to have undue influence which is further exasperated by her firing anyone who she feels does not meet her expectations.
