Since the seller put last year the company has really gone down hill. You have to be Hispanic to be a TL or above. Favoritism and racism is rampant. Leaders are on power trips. You get moved around wherever the company wants you. Instead of realizing a leader is the problem, they continue to let good employees walk out then move good employees from other departments and don't seem to mind when they walk out. Everything in low balance is a joke. Don't walk, RUN away from this company.
