The timezone differences can be difficult to navigate at times.

The team was very supportive and was readily willing to help. Work hours were very flexible. The manager just trusted that the interns would do the amount of work hours you are supposed to or make up some other day.

I think the company was acquired by a bigger firm so I do not know what the current situation is like.
