- Slightly unstable - there were a bunch of lay-offs when I was there The small nature of the company and the fact that most of the work there is based on contracts means that if the company can't renew a contract, there may be layoffs. Really, this was the only negative of working there - knowing that there was the potential to get laid off even if I was doing well at my job.

Stability and job security, consulting with large corporations from around the nation and occassionally out of country, work environment is dyanmic and fun, broad range of technologies utilized.

Some clients require significant travel for on-site consulting, there is not as much greenfield project development as there is maintenance.
