Nothing as pros, only benefit is no more work pressure
Cons
No appraisals, no career growth, no benefits, no one will behave in professional manner, worst work culture, no management skills for superiors, no proper roadmap of projects, no transparency, very terrible experiences in 5 years of employment. Highly highly not recommended for Software development department in KGL, only in hundreds they will give hike. They won't value employee's hard work and skillset.
