Pros
We get paid on time every month. The office manager is really helpful and is always there if you need something.
Cons
High turnover in staff. Haven't been given a bonus for 2 years despite recording record profits. No training direction, it's up to you to organise your own training for your job role with a team member. Not many opportunities for progression if you start as a Coordinator. I once went for a promotion and was told by my team manager that I was needed in my current team too much and she hoped I wouldn't go for it. I felt like I aced the interview but I didn't get the job and it we hired externally 2 months later. Seems fishy.
