Pros
The company is very good at presenting a pleasant facade. They will tell you there is room for advancement and you can move up the ladder relatively quickly. If you are a teacher who wants to move on to admin this might seem intriguing or tempting, but you will never be trained, your original position will NEVER be replaced (which means you are an admin with a full teaching load), and they will never support you. But at least you get to put that on your resume right?
Cons
The cons are far too numerous to mention. You may end up developing PTSD or leave the field of education altogether. Signing a contract with them now would be the equivalent of boarding the TITANIC while they are lowering the second to last lifeboat.
