Pros
There are no Pros to working for the company and the positive reviews are really sketchy (just like this company!) wouldn’t be surprised if they pay for positive reviews as I truly believe there are no positives to working for KnowledgeCity and I don’t believe anyone else likes their position at this awful company.
Cons
Micromanaged to the point of surveillance. Zero trust in employees, seem to be very suspicious of remote work, constantly monitored - camera is always on and when I get up from my desk even for a second I get phone calls from management who when I can’t/don’t answer will have HR call me to reprimand me. No health benefits, basically no pto only 5 days after 60 days of employment. Low hourly pay. Management is verbally abusive and demanding. Horrible horrible company to work for - do not work here.
