Unprofessional. - Anonymous employee Knowledge Services Employee Review

Communication is lacking. We were supposed to receive an annual raise July, 2015. I just found out that we are not going to receive the raise we have been anticipating for over 7 months and only found out because I was persistent in asking. As far as I know, the rest of the contract employees still do not know since I still haven't received anything in writing. They are very reluctant to put anything on paper which leads me to believe they are not concerned with keeping their promises.
