Pros

Pros can be considered if you are satisfied with your job but as soon as you enter this company you realize that It was your worst step.

Cons

1) Mr. Ankur Rana is busy with his own personal stuffs. He pretends as if he really cares about his employees, but what he really cares about is how to make them suffer. If you get your salary on time you must be blessed and if you get your incentives you are really the luckiest person on earth. You give them business and they hesitate in paying you. 2. The office infrastructure is full of politics. No matter how well you perform you will always be the second option for them. There are no appraisals for performance. 3. The Managers are busy with their own personal lives. They come to office because they have to give their 8 hours to the workplace. They spend their time by shopping over the e-commerce websites and are least worried about the their future as well as the future of the company. They know they can't be fired :P and that's it. Hip Hip Hurray a big cheers for them. 4. Last but not the least a big applause for Mr. Arun Rana, the most humble guy the organisation. He thinks he is wise and he can do anything he wants. He can hold the salary, he can fire you, he will not provide you the incentives. Good luck with your propaganda but very soon you will face the consequences.

Pros

Don’t see any pros. I joined them as submitted my CV from them and the client was not ready to work on 1099.

Cons

Again I just worked at my will as client and location I was looking for. The experience I am sharing. 1st time after joining the client I contact them to send employment letter was require for apartment lease. No one was having any idea and keep telling me for two days CEO is on flight. Even that time I said OK I am going to join somewhere else bye I got the latter within 1 hour. 2nd time I contacted them after my contract get over from client (I knew that). And after few days I check the day I was expecting my last 2 week pay and it not processed. This time is got funnier when they sent me notes they will check with CEO and till 4 days they kept sending me note that CEO is on flight or no reply to the mail. Still trying to find out the flights of the world continue for 2 and 4 days Anyway this time I said no problem I am going to contact DOL. And within 1 min got the reply please call CEO he reached Atlanta. I said no I don’t want to call anyone if need to call will call DOL and again in 3 min they found out there was error and it will process on next payday. What a combination of slow and fast work.

Knowledge Momentum Response

This independent (1099) contractor (from a 3rd party company), would have been asked to make his request through the hierarchical channel following standard policy and procedures which is standard policy for such requests. Every company has procedures for handling issues such as this, with personnel assigned to handle payroll or assignment matters. Each contractor during on-boarding is made aware of the procedures and given contact information for the appropriate personnel. The CEO is not engaged in the daily payroll processes. If following procedure, the Account Manager for the account or his recruiter would have been contacted. As it happens, the CEO was travelling throughout Asia at the time he denotes, but, The CEO would not respond to an administration issue as we have personnel designated to handle payroll, client, and contract matters. The error was with the payment processor, once the proper personnel had been alerted to the issue, the error was found and the situation was quickly remedied of its own accord, not for the reason the poster stated.
