Pros
Worked at Knowledge E for a while. Some good things about the company – some employees can work remotely, it's a hybrid setup, and the office is in X2 which is a nice location. There are some really nice people to work with, and you get to learn new things. Had some good projects in Egypt which were intresting.
Cons
But there are many downsides too. Feels like all the departments just work for the publishing department. The head of that department is really bossy and has no consideration for employees. Talks nicely only when work is needed, otherwise just ignores you. Also, very proudy and never plans things properly, always coming up with urgent tasks last min despite having the biggest team. Other departments had nice and helpful people, but no raises during my time there. Promotions were given to people without real knowledge of the field, which was frustrating. Marketing is basically non-existent, which is surprising.
