      Pros

      I worked at Knowledge E for some time and left a year ago. Pros: Some people are nice and friendly. School support for kids. Monthly Know E meetings.

      Cons

      The company is dominated by the publishing department. They get special tables and seating, unlike other departments. The head doesn’t accept "no" for an answer, and their team always acts like they work the hardest. No salary increases or even discussions about it while I was there. The sales team was disconnected, knew little about the product, but had huge egos.

      Pros

      Small company where you can work with and reach out to pretty much anyone.

      Cons

      It's sad because everyone seemed nice at first and then the tables turn. In addition to all the work you have to handle (have to wear multiple hats in a startup), managers delegate tiny tasks to you which they could honestly do themselves and then it ends up disrupting your workflow. So you end up working 12+hrs a day while management claims the work you're given should only take 8hrs (in their fantasy land). Lack of proper communication/feedback and unreal expectations.
