      -Team assignments, with a lot of focus at telecom -Friendly coworkers -Nice climate at the office

      Cons

      -Very low competence -Very bad sales, limited opportunities for new assignments -Management had been basically non-existent for much of my time there, now improved a bit, but still not much help for professional development because of no new assignments -Bad salary development usually
