      Smart, talented, people at all levels of the company. Good work/life balance was part of the company culture. The product shows a lot of promise.

      Cons

      Poor previous leadership put the company at a timing disadvantage in the market, meaning we are always playing catch up.

      Great salary when compared to local salaries. Very friendly coworkers. Great learning environment. Work with the newest tech, and they are open to change and suggestions. Great place to grow.

      Cons

      More performance feedback required for employees, sometimes you don't know if you are doing bad, mediocre or great.
