Great work/life balance; with a lot of flex time. High Energy workplace, without the stress. True team/collaborative environment, no lone rangers here.
Cons
When I first joined, I was a bit intimidated; given the management styles avoidance of micro-management, and expecting employees to take more more risk, and be self-directed.
