This pains me to say because I love this organization so much, but my sector is experiencing major upheaval right now. The pay structure in CSM is broken. It is not being acknowledged but these are the facts:
-the pay is based on some metrics that are untrackable and we are unable with the provided tools to identify our targets
-the commission has been cut down despite inflation and despite many best ever achievements by the organization at large - and no, the COLA does not remedy this
-people are leaving at an alarming rate from this area because of the money. One person leaves for a 25% higher compensation package, then 5 more start looking.
This is a 5 star company treating a whole division in a 2-3 star way.
