-Need to part of club to be at the top. Look online at courses completed and youll notice most of the directors and c-level are part of the "club" -Monthly Bonus essentially doesnt exisit any longer (under 10k this past yr) -Padding books by forcing companies to renew earlier and closing deals with crazy discounts or terms hurting the reps comission. -No visibility into the round robin system. -Unlimited PTO was used as a means to go public and employees are taking off less days as already mandated no sales person can take off last week of month.

Firstly, we never require employees to write positive reviews of KnowBe4 anywhere. Stu, our CEO, asks employees to leave reviews a few times a year so we can collect anonymous feedback and continue to improve KnowBe4, but we would not and can not force anyone to leave us positive feedback on any of these platforms. Every employee is free to write what they wish, as you were free to write this review. Secondly, our company-wide bonus game is also still going strong and actually earned employees more than $15,000 of additional pay throughout 2021! Thirdly, there is no club of any kind that our senior leaders have to be a part of. We look for a diverse group of leaders who can all bring different perspectives to KnowBe4. Finally, our policy for the round robin system is readily available for all employees to access (even those outside of sales). Out of about 100 AE's only 10 hit Quota, OTE is a joke there. It's possible to hit quota if you are lucky with your inbound leads, but if you want to hit quota every month you have to do something moreso out of the box. I was trained by hard closers and have a lot of expierence with cold calls so i came up with my own script and was getting a demo a day, and was doing a demo a day. The demos did lead to sales as well, so it wasn't a waste of time. I got fired because of a "lack of professionalism" I spoke off script all the time because speaking on script leads you in to the Kool-aid drinkers club, aka not hitting quota consistently. I was fired without warning, even though I was told I had an incredible work ethic and was exceeding the ramp-up numbers. I just didnt match their sales style, they are not looking for salespeople, they are looking for sales associates. They make you work 9-hour days, 1 hour mandatory lunch that has to be taken in the middle of the day. 9-6pm. Their handbook even says you are allowed to take this lunch at 5 pm to go home sooner, but the managers never let that happen. DO NOT BE CREATIVE AT THIS JOB, DRINK THE JUICE.
