OK, let's address the elephant in the room. :-D But to begin with, there are some inaccuracies in this post. First of all, I always have been super open about the fact I'm a proud Scientologist, and that always gets followed with: "and that is not any different if I was a Buddhist, a Methodist or Jewish."
And yes, we keep politics and religion out of the workplace. Everyone gets notified of that rule during onboarding. However that is 2 minutes out of a week. The claim that "most if not all" in the C-suite are church members is simply not true, and really an ugly rumor. No one knows how many church members work in KnowBe4 because we do not ask, as per the rule above. However, since 10% of Clearwater FL people are church members, you could statistically expect the same percentage to work here. We are fully EEOC compliant and do our level best to not discriminate in *any* way, as is the law.
Now, there are about 20 books I recommend which were the basis for KnowBe4's award-winning company culture, and I have always practiced radical transparency about how we got here. Being chosen Best Place To Work in Tampa Bay 5 years in a row is not coincidence. Practically *all* employees love to work here. I want a place to work that is fun, where I work with a team of great people that love to kick @$$, and make a real difference in this crazy world ! We're hiring, please check out our jobs page and send your resume if you think you are a good fit! :-D
Warm regards, Stu
