      Selling potential has grown internationally. Great travel opportunities for those who want to take it. You get to network with clients from all over

      Cons

      This is a horrible company. They treat their employees like dirt and have no internal promotion unless your family. They fire people after years and years of dedicating their lives to this company just to promote less adequate family members. The employees who are lower in the management sheet get horrible benefits and no promotional growth. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

      Pros

      Team building, trainings, benefits, work/life balance, pay, excellent leadership at the corporate level. The current CEO is a great person who truly cares about the business and employees.

      I'd like better health insurance coverage but what we have now isn't even really that bad.

      Favoritism, paying new hires a lot more when they are hired as the same title ranking as you.
