There’s a strong sense that the business is growing, with exciting projects and new ideas coming through regularly, which keeps things interesting and makes it feel like you’re part of something evolving. I’ve also really valued the level of flexibility, which makes it easier to maintain a good work life balance and feel trusted in your role.

In terms of downsides, benefits outside of the day-to-day perks are fairly limited. While the free drinks are a nice touch, there isn’t a particularly extensive benefits package compared to some other companies, which could be improved as the business continues to grow.
