Pros
Folks are mostly "lifers" who have deep knowledge of furniture manufacturing and logistics. Company is very protective of employees with seniority and has a great global brand.
Cons
Most employees have no computer aptitude. Company could gain enormously by leveraging cost efficiencies particularly in re-engineering position responsibilities and duties in areas outside the manufacturing floor. Company targets employees with the least seniority during layoff periods.
