Cons
This company claims to have 100s of employees, but in truth its about 5 fulltime people in the US or Canada. You'll see a bunch of random people on zooms but I could never figure our who they were or how they were involved with the company. The guy who runs the company is named Brian and he seems like a nice guy, but that masks the fact that this company has massive morality problems and they will cast you out with no notice if someone cheaper comes along. -they hire all their labor from Venezuela at pennies on the dollar -they sign up client products only to learn about them and then rip them off and make their own version. -Most of their products are the type of skymall and sharper image crap you'd get at the gas station on the way over to your family get together because you forgot to buy something nice beforehand. -they market this junk directly to low income consumers knowing its going break and there's little to no recourse. -because there's a very small group running the company there is absolutely no structure to work your way up through. -they hire their executives based on their celebrity contacts, not their creative ability, experience, or willingness to manage situations or people. -if you push back even a tiny bit on these executives they push you out immediately. -Brian is also the HR person you'll talk to when you want to complain about him or the executives he's hand picked. So there's no recourse for you there. -if you want someone else to own and run a company based directly on the back of your labor as you trade time with your friends and family for stress, tirades, lies, and your inevitable dismissal, then by all means go get that job here.
