      Pros

      Company feels close-knit, stores have a direct line to share daily feedback to corporate and customer service lines are open and happy to work with us on the store level. Also a very inclusive and respectful company when it comes to personal identity.

      Cons

      Sometimes wires can get crossed in the process of communicating fast-changing protocols to the store level and it makes a confusing process.

      Pros

      I will say the only positive is the AMAZING PRODUCT.

      Cons

      -no raises -only 12 employee purchases a year -set up to fail with little to no stock in stores which results in not achieving bonus' -little to no communication from leadership -zero opportunity for growth -A female owned, operated, and catered to female yet, far from female empowerment
